Burst pipe at 2am, sewer line backed up on a holiday weekend, water heater out the morning of company arriving — we'll answer. Other services (remodels, roofing, painting) operate on standard business hours, but the emergency line never closes.
Standard service call is $89 to come out, diagnose, and quote — that's waived if you book the repair with us. From there, most kitchen and bathroom drain clears run $150–$250, main sewer line work $250–$500 depending on length and obstruction. We quote you the exact price BEFORE we start the work — no clock running, no surprise bills.
Yes — licensed for residential and light commercial plumbing in Ohio, with full general liability and workers comp insurance. Certificate of insurance available before any work begins.
We work with insurance regularly on water-damage claims (frozen-pipe burst, roof leaks). We'll document the damage with photos and a detailed scope, and we know what adjustors need to see. We don't push paperwork through your insurance company — that's still your job — but we make the process as easy as we can.
Cash, check, all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and bank transfers. For larger projects (bath/kitchen remodels, roofing) we can structure deposit-on-start + progress payments. For emergency drain calls, payment is due same-day.
